Why Did We Start Dewcare? – Elderly Care South Africa
When Mandie Kock, Dewcare’s Founder, arrived in Hermanus back in 2014, she realised a very dire need for regular, reliable, and trustworthy elderly care services within the local community. Although many may have the loving support from family, friends and even neighbours, these loved ones often have to meet the demands of their own busy lives.
From humble beginnings, where Mandie performed most of the care service duties herself, to where she was later joined by her sister Amelia. Dewcare is now a bustling family-run business which proudly tends to the homebased care needs of the beloved seniors in and around the Hermanus area.
Assisted by a [approximately 70-strong] dedicated team of office support staff and qualified caregivers, Dewcare focuses on serving as an extension of sorts to those family members who aren’t able to visit or help out as much as they’d like – thereby providing peace of mind to both the person needing the extra helping-hand and their loved ones. Our personalised care services ensure for devoted, one-on-one, interaction with special commitment to service excellence.
